Clinical Veterinary Ethics
Ethical decision making in clinical practice can be complex. Involving a specialist ethicist in discussions around the clinical care of animal patients can help to reconcile points of view, and facilitate decision making in the best interests of the animal patient. Services Madeleine provides include:
- Clinical ethics referral
- ‘Schwarz Rounds’ for veterinary teams
- Ethical review of clinical treatment plans, proposals and practices.
